Can anyone help me find a rental house in the Atlanta Area?

Author: Here’s the deal, because of a job loss last year our credit is not great. Although we are back to work we need a landlord who will give us a chance despite our past credit issues.
We are looking for a 3+ bed / 2+ bath house. It is for three adults and two cats. I would love to live on the west side of I-285 as close to I-20 as possible. We would really love to move the first weekend in May.
If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.
Can anybody give me some tips as to how to find cheap housing in Miami?
I will be a first year graduate student at University of Miami starting this fall, and need to find a place to live in August. I’ve done some research in the areas I would consider living in, but I’m curious if there are some spots around UM where students live fairly cheaply. Where do off campus students live? Please help!

I had to turn off the water supply to my gas hot water heater. How do I find the leak I hear in the walls?
I had to put the valve on my hot water heater. When we take showers we have to turn the valve on and off. I need to know how to find this leak.
