Here’s the deal, because of a job loss last year our credit is not great. Although we are back to work we need a landlord who will give us a chance despite our past credit issues.

We are looking for a 3+ bed / 2+ bath house. It is for three adults and two cats. I would love to live on the west side of I-285 as close to I-20 as possible. We would really love to move the first weekend in May.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.

I am shopping for a house and found a house that I love for a cheap price but there is water damage from a leaking second floor bathroom. Should I consider buying it if i can get it cheap enough? And what’s cheap enough? Idk exactly what’s leaking but I know there is a bubble in the ceiling and multiple water marks on the first floor ceiling under the bathroom. It’s a HUD home so it’s sold as is. My bf and I are willing to do most of the work our selves but is it worth the risk of buying the house when we don’t know how bad the damage is?

I’m thinking of switching to a tankless water heater to do away with my oil burner. I am wondering if I can use a seperate tankless to heat my house.
