How much am I looking to pay monthly on living expenses with a $945 rent?

Author: I am planing on moving to a new place by myself. The rent is $945, the security deposit is $600. I don’t know how much the electric and water bill will be for one person. Also add the cell phone bill.

Can my Landlord inspect tenants apartment to see if were keeping the units clean on a monthly Basis?
My property management team has decided to inspect apartments on a monthly basis for clean units the building has 36 units. I keep my unit pretty clean my biggest concern is them entering when im not home i’ve never heard of this, I feel like I now live in a DORM they have the shadiest looking staff possible. Is This LEGAL

My friends say I am spending far too much on electric and gas bills and even my broadband is not the cheapest … what do people think are the best tariffs out there etc? I just want to save money as I have a family and 2 kids!
