Our sewer line runs right under the kitchen, so running the drain shouldn’t be too bad, but the nearest source to plumb the water is about 8 feet away, in a wall of the house (plumbing is run all in the attic). PostHeaderIcon My garage slab sunk about 2 inches. Can I pour concrete over the remaining slab or must it be removed?

I believe this is a result of how the sump pump water had been routed from the previous owner and when I took away the water that always flowed under the basement foundation from the sump then the concrete slab settled the next spring and hasnt gotten any better or any worse? The garage was about 6 years old when this happened and the slab is still in tact and did not break up.
