Can we prevent plugged sink, toilet and tub drains by plungering them twice a year?

Author: We just paid a plumber to open up a sink drain that I couldn’t unplug. Maybe using a plunger every few months would keep them open? Also would it help to vinegar and baking soda in each drain?

Why does my water heater need to be reset about twice a month?
seems to me that something is amiss when it needs to be reset on a regular basis. i have a home less than two years old. i live in a city where there is massive growth, and they cut the electric about once a week for expansion. could the electric glitches be tripping the water heater?
Is it bad to use Root killer in the toilet? i need to use it twice a year since we have roots that causes prob
lems with our toilets and sometime backs up. WE have trees right above the main drain to the street.
